In this Candid Conversations episode, I speak with Dr. Matt Carrick, a trauma surgeon. We talk about leadership values, trauma injuries and the impact of COVID-19.

He leads Envision’s surgical team and is the Trauma Medical Director at Medical City Plano in Plano, Texas. Matt has received several awards for his surgical research and teaching and is an accomplished lecturer and author, having published numerous pieces of literature on trauma care.
